General TOS

You may not steal, copy, trace, or heavily reference my artwork. You may take insperation or mildly reference. Tracing is only allowed for private practice. (you cannot post it online)

You may not steal, copy, heavily reference, or be heavily inspired by my designs. I'd prefer you not to reference my designs at all as some people use that as an excuse for blatantly copying.

Color-picking is allowed, but do not color-pick more than 20% of the palette. For example, if there was 10 colors you could pick up to 2.

Gift art, contest entries, fan-art, etc., are not to be added to the worth of my designs. Only personal art, trades, and commissions add to the worth.
(adding on, trades only count as the worth of the art you made for the other person)

You may not sell my designs or post my art on aminoapps.com or buzzly.art.

!! You may not use my designs or art as an nft.

Do not price my art or designs for more than you bought it. (unless you've added art to a design.)

Do not give my designs to people on my or friends/mutuals of those on my blacklist.

Commission TOS

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission.

You must pay in full before I start, or pay 50% before and 50% after, but I will not send you the finished commission until you pay 100%.

I do not accept traditional references or descriptions. References must be clear.

I will make any edits during the sketch stage. During the rest of the process, I will make up to 2 edits. I can make exceptions.

You may use the commissioned art for personal purposes, so long as credit is provided!

Refunds

You may ask for a full refund if no sketch or WIP has been sent at the time of the refund request.

I might -- but not always -- be open to giving partial refunds, we can work something out. It varies from situation to situation.

If the piece has already been finished, you may not have a refund for any reason.

Subjects

I CAN draw most animals with fur/fluff, dragons, and humanoids.

I MIGHT humans. However, keep in mind I'm not as comfortable with these.

I CANNOT draw any animal not stated above.

In terms of backgrounds, I can draw nature the best, but I can also draw other settings!!

I will not draw any NFSW or political works. I will draw light gore, and may be open to drawing heavy gore.

I currently take DeviantArt points,, I accept payment through DA, meaning you must have a DA account in order to buy.
